I’ve been navigating the real estate river for over 30 years, skillfully steering through the inevitable ebbs and flows of the market. This wealth of experience has taught me how to handle any transaction with confidence successfully guiding clients all the way to the closing table. While I could say I’ve “been there and done that,” real estate always finds a way to surprise me. That’s what keeps it exciting; every deal is unique, with its own twists and turns to master. My Philosophy My approach is simple: clients come first. My goal is to exceed your expectations every step of the way. I do this by: Listening closely to your goals and needs Educating you about the current market Pricing your home strategically (because in the end, it’s always about price) Helping you get your home market-ready And above all, communicating clearly and consistently throughout the process I will never be that “secret agent.” You’ll always know what’s happening and why. My Value Alongside my experience, I offer cutting-edge technology, strategic marketing, and a full-service 1% listing fee saving you thousands without sacrificing quality. It’s a high-value, results-driven approach. Why settle for less? A Bit About Me I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Los Angeles after college, where I began my career in commercial real estate with Bank of America. In 1997, I relocated to Washington State and shifted into residential real estate, spending 12 years with “traditional” Coldwell Banker before joining a 1% listing company in 2017. I made the leap as I found myself constantly questioning the amount of money sellers paid to get their home sold, and disappointedly, receiving too little in return. Given this, I sought out 1% Lists when I moved to Colorado. They align perfectly with my belief that clients deserve exceptional service at exceptional value. I’m proudly able to continue helping clients make confident, informed real estate decisions while keeping more of their hard-earned equity where it belongs: in their pockets.
