Alicia Brungardt

Born and raised in Colorado, I love helping people find their place in the state I’ve always called home. Since 2017, I’ve been helping buyers, sellers, and property management clients navigate the Colorado real estate market with confidence. I believe real estate is about more than just transactions — it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people through important life moments.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked in healthcare, where I learned the importance of compassion, communication, and truly listening to people’s needs. Those experiences continue to shape the way I serve my clients today and help me create a positive, supportive experience throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, our three daughters, and our Goldendoodle, Maggie.
